NGC 6914
The bluish nebula near the center of this image is NGC 6914, a reflection nebula approximately 6,000 light years away in the Cygnus constellation. The blue color comes from star light reflecting off clouds of interstellar dust. The surrounding red light is from clouds of ionized hydrogen gas.

I chose this target because it seemed relatively difficult. It is certainly nothing I would have attempted using either of my DSLRs, which are not well-suited for astrophotography. But the Dwarf 3’s Sony IMX 678 imaging sensor combined with the scope’s Astro (light pollution) filter does a good job in detecting the faint light from this nebula.
