“I am Lrrr, ruler of the Planet Omicron Persei 8!”

If you know the reference, then you probably know why I had to image this rather obscure nebula in the constellation Perseus.

Like the Iris Nebula, the Omicron Persei Nebula (Index Catalog 348) is a reflection nebula that is part of a much larger molecular cloud. The star Omicron Persei is the bright star to the right of center.
